During Booking

Step 1
Input your desired flight destination and dates. Click 'Continue' to proceed.
Step 2
To speed up the booking process, log in with your email address and password.
Step 3
Ensure that your AirAsia member ID is correct to earn your AirAsia points.

After Booking

Step 1
Log in at airasia.com to begin
Step 2
Select My Bookings
Step 3
Click Modify
Step 4
Click Update details followed by AirAsia points
Step 5
Input your AirAsia member ID and 'Submit'. Click 'Lookup ID' if you don't remember your ID

After Flying

Step 1

Enter your flight details including your booking number, place of departure & departure date and tap...More
Step 3
Select your name and tap on 'Continue' to proceed.
Step 4
Check your details before you tap on 'Submit' to claim your points.
