* Malaysia: All domestic & international flights (AK & D7 codes)
* Indonesia: All domestic & international flights (QZ code)
* Philippines: All domestic & international flights (Z2 code)
* Thailand (from 22 Feb 2023): All domestic & international flights (FD code) - At which airports can I collect my purchases?
