AirAsia points as a form of payment and award at Redeem.Asia Terms & Conditions

By participating in this program for the redemption of Redeem.Asia products (“Redeem.Asia Products”) (“Program”), you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms and Conditions (and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by BIGLIFE Sdn Bhd (formerly known as BIG Loyalty Sdn Bhd) (“BL”) from time to time which are legally binding.

AirAsia points as a form of payment at Redeem.Asia website and/or mobile app (“Redeem.Asia Platform”)

The option to use AirAsia points as a form of payment for purchase of Redeem.Asia products on (https://redeem.asia/) (“Dedicated Website”) is only available for AirAsia members (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BL under the name “AirAsia rewards” and have a unique registration number known as the “AirAsia member ID” issued by BL at the point of purchase of Redeem.Asia Products.
Any deduction of AirAsia points as a form of payment is only available at a minimum knock-off rate of 125 AirAsia points for every RM1 used (“Redemption Rate”) for purchase of Redeem.Asia Products on the Dedicated Websites.
The Redemption Rate is subject to change and BL reserves the right to fix and change the Redemption Rate, impose additional restrictions and/or conditions in using AirAsia points as form of payment from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion, and all such decisions by BL shall be deemed final and conclusive and BL will not entertain any complaint or dissatisfaction in relation thereto.
Once purchased, AirAsia members shall direct all queries, products or services related issues with respect to Redeem.Asia Products to Altostratos (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and/or its respective merchants and BL is not responsible for the actual products or services redeemed/purchased by AirAsia member or the fulfilment thereof. The Program does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement by BL of (the quality, service level or rating of) any product or service listed, offered or sold in Redeem.Asia platform. BL hereby expressly disclaims any representation, warranty or undertaking in relation to the quality, fitness, merchantability, suitability, status or adequacy of any product or service listed in Redeem.Asia platform and/or sold by Altostratos (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.
Once a purchase has been made using AirAsia points as a form of payment, no refund of AirAsia points is allowed, and any refund is strictly subjected to Altostratos (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd’s refund policy as applicable.
By using your AirAsia points as a payment currency for purchases with Redeem.Asia, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms and Conditions (and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by BL from time to time) which are legally binding.
AirAsia members who are suspended or blacklisted under the AirAsia rewards Program are not entitled to use AirAsia points as a form of payment for purchases with Redeem.Asia and Redeem.Asia.

Award of AirAsia points

AirAsia points shall be awarded to every AirAsia member for purchase of Redeem.Asia Products (i) through part redemption of AirAsia points plus payment with any payment cards or any other mode of payments or (ii) full payment with any payment cards or any other mode of payments in accordance with the AirAsia points award rate below (“Award Ratio”) -

Malaysia	1 AirAsia point for every spend of RM2 in a single transaction
Thailand	1 AirAsia point for every spend of THB15 in a single transaction
Singapore	1 AirAsia point for every spend of SGD1 in a single transaction
Australia	1 AirAsia point for every spend of AUD1 in a single transaction

For avoidance of doubt, purchase of Redeem.Asia Products by way of full redemption of AirAsia points will not entitle AirAsia members to the Award Ratio stipulated above.

To qualify for the award of AirAsia points, AirAsia members must link their AirAsia membership account on https://my.redeem.asia/index.php/airasia-redemption.html/ prior to making a purchase on the Dedicated Website. No AirAsia points will be awarded to Participants who made purchases on the Dedicated Website without linking their AirAsia membership account.

No AirAsia points will be awarded for any incomplete, cancelled or returned purchases.
AirAsia points will be credited to the qualified AirAsia members valid AirAsia member account within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the purchases.
BL will not entertain any claims for AirAsia points in the event AirAsia members have failed to link their AirAsia member account prior to any of the aforementioned purchases on the Dedicated Website. Retro-claims by AirAsia members for the award of AirAsia points will not be entertained. Any request by AirAsia members to provide their AirAsia member account or to be eligible for AirAsia points after redemption or completion of purchase without linking their respective AirAsia member account will not be entertained.
BL reserves the absolute right, at any time, to verify the validity of successful order and/or identity of AirAsia members at any point of time.
BL reserves the absolute right to substitute and/or replace the award of AirAsia points from time to time without any prior notice to AirAsia members and/or to change AirAsia points Award Ratio at any time without any prior notice.
BL reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify, decline or reject any transaction by AirAsia member(s) and/or not to award or to retract or forfeit the award of AirAsia points from any AirAsia member if BL believes or has reason to suspect that the AirAsia member has (singularly or jointly with any other AirAsia member) undertaken fraudulent practice(s) and/or activities with respect to the purchase of any products or services through this Program in order to earn AirAsia points or undertaken any activities (including but not limited to fraudulent activities) harmful to the Program or to BL.
BL reserves the right to use any collected personal data and/or images of AirAsia members who have redeemed and/or earned AirAsia points on the Dedicated Website in accordance with BL’s privacy policy and by using the Dedicated Website to earn and/or redeem AirAsia points, all AirAsia members are deemed to have consented to such use with no monetary payment whatsoever.
AirAsia members may be contacted with respect to any matter in relation to Redeem.Asia or the ‘AirAsia rewards Loyalty Program’, at any time deemed appropriate by BL, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by BL.
BL reserves the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Program with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by BL shall not entitle AirAsia members to any claim or compensation against BL for any and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other Program. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation thereof, the English version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail and supersede.
BL reserves the absolute right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time without any prior notice. BL’s decision in relation to all aspects herein including the award of AirAsia points to eligible AirAsia members is deemed final, binding and conclusive under all circumstances and no correspondence, complaint or appeal whatsoever will be entertained.
