AirAsia points gift card Terms & Conditions

  1. The AirAsia points gift card (hereinafter referred to as the “Card”) is issued by BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. (“BL”), being the owner and operator of the AirAsia rewards Program.
  2. This Card is valid for redemption at AirAsia MOVE only.
  3. This Card is valid for redemption/ utilisation within 180 days from the date specified within the Card (“Validity Period”).
  4. Any Card not redeemed within the Validity Period shall expire upon expiry of the Validity Period.
  5. No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the Card. Once this Card is issued, BL will not entertain any request for cancellation.
  6. BL shall not be not be responsible for any defect or deficiency of the goods or services by the participating merchants.
  7. Any redemption request made by the bearer of this Card, once accepted by BL, cannot be revoked, cancelled, changed, returned or exchanged for cash.
  8. Any dispute raised concerning goods and services received by or supplied shall be settled between the purchaser of the Card and the respective merchants. BL will bear no responsibility for resolving such disputes, or for the dispute itself.
  9. This Card is for one-time use only and not partially redeemable. If the cost of the goods and/or services purchased exceeds the redeemable value of the Card, the bearer of the Card is required to pay (by way of cash, AirAsia points top-up or any other means approved by BL) the difference between the purchase price of the goods and/or services and the value of the Card.
  10. This Card cannot be exchanged for a Card of a different denomination, nor can the unused value of two or more Cards be consolidated on a new e-voucher.
  11. No refund request for redemption will be entertained.
  12. This Card is equivalent to cash. BL is not responsible for and will not replace any lost or stolen digital or physical Cards.
  13. Any dispute with regards to the Card must be referred to BIG and the decision of BL shall be final.
  14. Lost, tampered or duplicated Cards are not acceptable or replaceable.
  15. BL reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
  16. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Purchase And Transfer Program

  1. This AirAsia points gift card Purchase and Transfer Program (“Program”) is organised by BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201001040731 (924656-U)) (“BL”). By participating in this Program, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms and Conditions (and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by BL from time to time which are legally binding).
  2. Participation in this Program allows you to: -
    1. purchase gift cards (“AirAsia points gift card”)s offered by BL on the AirAsia MOVE mobile application (“BL’s Platform”)
    2. and/or transfer such AirAsia points gift cards purchased to other AirAsia members via the BL Platform subject to the following terms: -
      1. Each AirAsia points gift card purchased pursuant to this Program cannot be transferred more than once;
      2. the sender and the recipient of the AirAsia points gift card must be an AirAsia member (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BL under the name “AirAsia rewards” Program) and have a unique registration number known as the “AirAsia member ID” issued by BL in order to receive the AirAsia points gift card*.
        3. *AirAsia points gift card codes will be reflected in the Voucher section of the AirAsia account of the purchaser upon purchase and recipient upon completion of transfer of such AirAsia points gift cards.
        ** purchaser of an AirAsia points gift card is not allowed to transfer the AirAsia points gift card if such AirAsia points gift card has been redeemed or utilised (whether partially or full) by the purchaser.
  3. BL, as the owner and operator of the AirAsia rewards Program, reserves the right to impose limits on the number of AirAsia points gift card that can be purchased and/or transfered from time to time as it deems necessary, without notice, and such decisions by BL shall be deemed final and conclusive and BL shall not entertain any complaint or dissatisfaction in relation thereto. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you are only allowed to purchase two (2) AirAsia points gift cards per day.
  4. Once the request for transfer of AirAsia points gift card is submitted, such request cannot be revoked or reversed.
  5. Upon successful transfer of the AirAsia points gift card, the sender and recipient of the AirAsia points gift card will receive a notification on such transfer/ receipt of AirAsia points gift card, sent to their email registered with BL.
  6. AirAsia points gift card can only be purchased and/or transferred via BL’s Platform.
  7. Usage of AirAsia points is subject to the AirAsia membership terms and conditions.
  8. AirAsia members who are suspended or blacklisted under the AirAsia rewards Program are not entitled to participate nor transfer any AirAsia points gift card pursuant to this Program.
  9. Any AirAsia points gift card not redeemed within its validity period that is attached to the respective AirAsia points gift card shall expire upon expiry of such validity period.
  10. No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the AirAsia points gift card. Once this AirAsia points gift card is issued, BL will not entertain any request for cancellation.
  11. Any redemption request cannot be revoked, cancelled, changed, returned or exchanged for cash.
  12. An AirAsia points gift card cannot be exchanged for an AirAsia points gift card of a different denomination, nor can the unused value of two or more AirAsia points gift cards be consolidated.

  14. Any dispute with regards to the AirAsia points gift card must be referred to BL and the decision of BL shall be final.

    16. Other Terms and Conditions

  16. BL reserves the right to use any personal data of AirAsia members in any manner and/or for any purpose as it deems fit, in accordance with its Privacy Policy which can be found at BL’s Platform and by participating in this Program, all AirAsia members are deemed to have consented to such use with no monetary payment whatsoever.
  17. AirAsia members may be contacted with respect to any matter under this Program or the AirAsia rewards Program, at any time deemed appropriate by BL, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by BL.
  18. BL, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Program (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  19. BL reserves the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Program with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by BL shall not entitle AirAsia members to any claim or compensation against BL for any and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  20. The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other Program or advertising materials for the Program. These Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation thereof, the English version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail and supersede.
  21. BL reserves the absolute right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time without any prior notice. BL's decision in relation to all aspects of the Program is deemed final, binding and conclusive under all circumstances and no correspondence, complaint or appeal whatsoever will be entertained.
  22. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
