    • What is bigpay pocket?

        bigpay pocket is an electronic wallet (e-wallet) that holds electronic money (e-money). This is a mobile application offered by airasia, which allows its users to reload and/or make payments via their smartphones, anywhere and anytime within Malaysia. This service is available exclusively on the AirAsia MOVE, airasia website and at certain Santan branches.

    • Where can I use bigpay pocket?

        bigpay pocket can be used as the preferred payment option for products and services within the airasia ecosystem. It is accessible on AirAsia MOVE and website. We are also working hard to expand accessibility to you, so look out!

    • How do I activate my bigpay pocket?

        For a step-by-step guide to activating your pocket, see here.

    • How can I view my transaction history?

        Go to AirAsia MOVE and select the bigpay pocket icon. From there, you will see your full transaction history displaying all the purchases made through your bigpay pocket account.

    • I'm an airasia member. Does that mean I have an bigpay pocket account?

        No. All users, including airasia members have to set up an bigpay pocket account before using this as their preferred payment method.
