  • Notification & claiming of prizes

    1. Winners will be notified via registered email within two weeks of the draw date.
    2. Prize redemption period is valid until 60 days from receipt of the registered email.
    3. AirAsia points will be credited to the winners’ account upon confirming receipt of the notification email.
    4. AirAsia points are valid for 2 years upon crediting to the winners’ AirAsia account.
    5. Winners will be announced and posted on AirAsia’s social media accounts and/or via electronic direct mail.
