    Introducing airasia food’s Queueing Service

    AirAsia MOVE has introduced a brand new service - ‘Queueing Service’ by airasia food. With this new service both locals and tourists in Thailand don’t need to wait in long queues for dine-in service at their favourite restaurants.

    Instead, they can book a table by having airasia riders queue up for them at popular restaurants in Bangkok like CQK HOTPOT, Jeh O Chula, Lek Seafood Yaowarat, Khun Ple Mookata and Yi Ja Suki Mala. Reservations for dinner service from 6pm to 8pm can be booked in advance any day of the week. More restaurants will be added to the list for bookings in the future.

    CQK MALA HOTPOT

    CQK HOTPOT is a popular restaurant in Bangkok. Locals and foreign come to this modern and cosy eatery to try out its famous Chongqing-style hot pot dish.

    FAQs

    • How can I identify my rider?

        All our riders will wear airasia windbreakers for easy identification.

    • Can I cancel the booking if I’ve changed my mind?

        Once the booking is made, cancellation is not allowed. If airasia cancels the booking, we will refund the customer.

    • If I can’t make it, can I transfer the booking to someone else?

        Yes, you can. All you need to do is provide the new customer with your booking number.

    • When’s the latest I can make a booking?

        Bookings can be made a minimum of 24 hours before date and time of dining. Same-day bookings are not allowed.

    • Can I change the restaurant after I’ve made the booking?

        No, you cannot change the restaurant once you’ve made the booking.

    • What happens if my table is still not ready once I have arrived?

        The rider will then pass the queue ticket to the customer to continue waiting.
