THB69 HOTEL STAY on your second night

Introduction

1. This RM9/THB69/IDR30K/PHP110 Hotel Campaign (“Event”) is organised by MOVE Travel Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as AirAsia Com Travel Sdn. Bhd.) (Registration No: 201301020508 (1050338-A)) (“Organiser”).
2. This Event runs concurrently in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines (“Participating Regions”). The Event will be implemented on the AirAsia MOVE website at https://airasia.com and AirAsia MOVE mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Dedicated Platforms”).
3. This Event is governed by the terms and conditions set out hereunder (“Specific T&C”) and the Event’s General Terms and Conditions which can be found at (“ General T&C”).

Event Period

4. This Event will commence from 10:00 (GMT+8) on 10 June 2024, and end at 23:59 (GMT+8) on 16 June 2024 (“Event Period”).

Event Requirements

5. To qualify and participate in this Event, Participants must fulfill the following requirements during the Event Period (“Event Requirements”):
1. Must have a valid and existing AirAsia membership account (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. (“BL”) under the name “AirAsia rewards Program”) and have a unique registration number known as the “AirAsia member ID” issued by BL at the point of participation in the Event. In the event the Participant is not a registered AirAsia member at the commencement of the Event, the Participant is required to sign-up as an AirAsia member via the Dedicated Platforms before participating in the Event. Any registration of AirAsia membership made after the Event Period shall not be entitled to receive multiple benefits under this Event;
2. Participant may be located anywhere globally, but the Eligible Products (hereinafter defined) are only from the Participating Regions;
3. Must successfully perform any of the transactions set out in the Event Mechanism (hereinafter defined) within the Event Period.

Event Benefits

6. By participating in the Event, the Participants who adhere to the event mechanism during the Event Period (“Event Mechanism”) are eligible to receive benefits in the form of the Discount (as defined below).
7. Event Mechanism
1. Participants must perform a purchase(s) and/or transaction(s) through the Dedicated Platforms for product(s) and/or service(s) from the categories as listed below (“Eligible Product”):

2. Participants must book a minimum of two nights in a single room to be entitled to the Discount for the second night.
8. Discount
1. The applicable discount that Participants may be entitled to under this Event is as follows (“Discount”):

2. A minimum of two (2) nights per room is required to be booked. The Discount, however, applies to the second night only;
3. If participants book more than one (1) room for a minimum of two (2) nights, the discount will be available separately on each room booked (for the second night only);
4. The Discount is charged based on the hotel fares only, not inclusive of taxes and fees;
5. The Discount is applicable for selected participating hotels only. Full list of participating hotels can be found here;
6. The Discounts are on first-come-first-serve basis and are subject to the total number of discounts allocated to the Event by the organisors;
7. The Discount is only available for a stay period from 10 June 2024 until 31 December 2024.
8. The Participant acknowledges that there may be up to a 5% variance in the amount of the Discount depending on the Participant’s purchase location, attributable to currency exchange rate fluctuations.
9. For the purposes of clarity, the Discount Amount is the full amount that is applicable for the second night.

Contest - AVAILABLE TO PARTICIPANTS BASED IN MALAYSIA ONLY

9. Contest Mechanism
1. The contest Prizes (hereinafter defined) are only applicable to participants based in Malaysia based on the Internet Protocol geo-location detected.
2. The Participants who adhere to the following contest mechanism below during the Event Period (“Contest Mechanism”) are eligible to participate:
1. Participants must perform any of the purchase(s) and/or transaction(s) through the Dedicated Platforms for any product(s) and/or service(s) from the categories as listed below (collectively referred to as “Eligible Products” and each as “Eligible Product”):

2. The highest spender during the Event Period, stands a chance to win the Prizes.
3. The Participants agree to provide a picture of them with the Eligible Product (if they win the contest) for marketing on Airasia MOVE and third-party use.
4. There is no limit to the number of entries that Participants can make throughout the Event Period, and multiple entries can be entered in respect of the same Participant to be entitled for this Event’s Prize .
10. Prize

a. The prize(s) for this Contest are as follows (“Prize”) :

The Prize is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for money, money’s worth or other prizes. 2. In the event the original Prize offered is not available, the Organiser reserves the right in their sole discretion to substitute or replace the Prize from time to time with another prize of similar value without prior notice to the Winner (hereinafter defined). For the avoidance of doubt, the replacement prize and its value shall be determined by the Organiser at its own discretion.

11. Announcement of Winner
1. Subject to these Specific T&C, two (2) Participants who strictly follow the Contest Mechanism will be selected as the winner(s) of this Contest (collectively referred to as “Winners” and individually referred to as “Winner”).
2. The Winners will be announced through email within four (4) weeks after the end of the Event Period (“Winner Announcement Date”). Upon announcement of the Winners, each Winner is required to provide the necessary information for redemption of the respective Prize.
3. The selected Winners will be entitled to receive the Prize.
4. In the event the Winner is unreachable or had failed to inform the Organiser of the acceptance of Prize within three (3) days from the time of first attempt to communicate by the Organiser to contact the Winner, the Organiser shall reserve the right at its sole discretion to select and award another Winner with or without any further notice and/or assigning any reasons. The Organiser’s decision shall be final and no correspondence nor complaint by any Participant shall be entertained.

Miscellaneous

12. The General T&C may be amended from time to time, hence, you are advised to review it periodically to be aware of such modifications. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Specific T&C and any terms and conditions set forth in the General T&C, the Specific T&C shall prevail.
13. The Specific T&C are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subjected to the jurisdiction of a forum in Malaysia.

Selected hotels in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines are participating in this promotion.

3. How is THB69 on second night calculated?
1) Click on the ‘information’ icon for price breakdown.
2) The price that you see on the hotel card is the original per night price for your hotel selection.
3) THB69 will ONLY be for your second night so a 3 Days 2 Night hotel stay will be calculated as (THB3,500+THB69 = THB3,569 )

4. Are all rooms in the selected hotel part of the promotion?

5. Will I still be eligible for this promotion if I book for more than 2 nights?
Unfortunately, no. This promotion is only applicable for your second night within a single booking.

6. Will I be eligible for this promotion if I book 2 rooms in a single booking? Will both rooms be eligible for this promotion?
Yes, the promotion is eligible on a per room basis within a single booking. So, if you book 2 or more rooms within a single booking, you will still be eligible for this promotion for your second night.
