All guests are required to wear their own face masks in order to be permitted to travel.

Available throughout all journey processing points for guests and staff.

Use web or mobile check-in to reduce surface and physical contact.

Before each flight crew are updated on the latest safety information and guidelines and go through temperature screening.
Cabin Baggage
Effective 7 July 2020, guests are allowed two (2) pieces of cabin baggage not exceeding a total of 7kg in weight.

Mask Policy
All guests are required to wear masks before boarding, during flight, and at baggage claim. Masks with exhalation/breathing valves are not permitted onboard the aircraft.
Crew Hygiene Standards
All crew will be practicing proper hygiene standards including hand sanitisation and wearing masks and gloves.
Food Safety
Onboard meals are made in accordance with food safety standards. Food and beverage service will be handled using gloves.
Emergency Assistance
Crew are well trained to assist with any medical situation inflight including identification and isolation of anyone onboard who may feel unwell.
Deep Cleaning
Every night stop, our aircraft undergoes a 2-hour disinfection process using cleaning agents approved by the Public Health Authority and the aircraft manufacturer.
Cabin Sterilisation
Before each flight the aircraft is sprayed with an aerosol disinfectant.
HEPA Air Filters
All our aircraft are equipped with HEPA filters, normally used in hospitals, which filter out particles and airborne contaminants such as viruses and bacteria.
