• What is airasia gifts?

  airasia gifts is a mobile gifting platform to purchase and send a variety of vouchers from AirAsia and our partner merchants as gifts for friends or for yourself.

• How do I send gifts via AirAsia MOVE?
  1. Download the latest version of the AirAsia MOVE to access the Gift function on the Superapp from Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  2. Tap on the Chat button in the menu bar at the bottom of the page.
  3. Once the page loads, tap on the Gift banner. You will be guided on how to select, pay and send the gift.
  4. You can select gifts from a vareity of categoreis like F&B, Travel and Lifestyle products.
  5. Make payment
  6. Opt to send your gift now or on a future date.
  7. Gifts can be sent to Malaysia, Singapore and Jakarta. Selection of gifts will differ from country to country. More countries will be added soon.
  8. Send the gift to the recipient on your preferred social media platform.
• Where can I find the gifts I’ve purchased?

  You can check the history of your gifts purchased via the Superapp by clicking on:

  1. My Orders on the bottom left of the main page
  2. Look for the Gifts tab under My Orders
  3. Find the relevant Gift you had purchased
  4. Click on 'Redeem Now (for yourself)
  5. Click on 'Share Gift' to send to your friend(s)
  6. Follow the instructions on how to share it with your friends and how to customise your gift
• How do I redeem my gift?

  Once you’ve purchased or received a gift, you can click on 'Redeem Now'. Note that once you have clicked on 'Redeem Now', the purchased gift / voucher will no longer be transferable! The account that has clicked the 'Redeem Now' button will be the owner of the gift.
  Upon clicking on 'Redeem Now', depending on the type of gift voucher, you will be redirected to the following pages

  AirAsia

  1. You will be directed to the gift type’s homepage, e.g. Food Voucher to Food Homepage
  2. Proceed with your order
  3. On the payment page, click on “Use Voucher or Enter Code”
  4. Select the relevant gift voucher
  5. The gift voucher value will be discounted from your total payment amount

  Note the gift voucher is only applicable for one time use.

  Partner Merchant

  1. You will be directed to a screen with the applicable barcode / QR Code / discount code
  2. For in-store redemptions - show the cashier the barcode / QR Code / discount code
  3. For online redemptions - proceed to the merchant’s website / app to use the barcode / QR Code / discount code

  Note the gift voucher is only applicable for one time use.
