2. Booking
upon receiving your request we will quote you the fares
if you agree with the fare/s we will make the flight booking/s accordingly
by when guests will need to pay a non-refundable deposit as listed in the Deposit List below per passenger
Full passenger list with I/C and passport numbers must be extended to AirAsia 1 weeks or 7 days before departure.
3 . Payment
call our Group Sales Officers to make payment with your MasterCard or VisaCard
cheque payment can be made to AirAsia's Maybank account
cash payment can be made to AirAsia's Maybank account, Pos Malaysia branches or any of AirAsia's Sales Offices
payments made to AirAsia's Maybank account must be accompanied by a receipt (bank-in slip) to be faxed to AirAsia at +603 87751796 before 1500 hrs
the booking number must be indicated in the bank-in slip for reference

All payments are strictly non-refundable
Failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions will result in immediate cancellation of the booking/s. This includes non-compliance to any deposit, payment dates and advise of passenger name list
Note: Applicable for Malaysia only, Service Fees of MYR10 (for AK/FD/QZ) or MYR20/AUD25/CNY46 (for D7) per passenger will be collected at point of reserving the seats/creating the PNR. The Service Fees are non-refundable.
Deposit & Full Payment
For travel date beyond three months from booking date
Initial Deposit payment as listed in the Deposit List below per passenger to be made within seven days from date of booking
Second Deposit payment of 50 percent of total amount (Fare+Fee+Tax) per passenger to be made one month from date of booking (inclusive of initial deposit)
Full payment to be made at least one month before departure date
For travel date within three months from booking date
Deposit payment as listed in the Deposit List per passenger to be made forty eight hours from date of booking
Full payment to be made at least one month before departure date
For travel date within one month from booking date
Full payment to be made forty eight hours from date of booking
For travel date within one week from booking date
Full payment to be made and full passenger name list including Passport /NRIC details to be submitted immediately.
Passenger Name List
Full Name List including Passport / NRIC details to be submitted at least seven days before departure date.
Beyond forty-eight hours of departure date & time, change of name is allowed without any charges.
Within forty-eight hours and up to six hours of departure date & time, change of name is allowed with immediate payment of MYR80 change fees per person (for AK/FD/QZ) or MYR110/AUD38/CNY225 per person per sector (for D7). Within six hours of departure date and time, name change is strictly prohibited.
Flight Change
Beyond two weeks of departure date, change of flight date and time is permitted with immediate payment of MYR80 change fees per person per sector (for AK/FD/QZ) or 110/AUD38/CNY225 per person per sector (for D7) and applicable fare difference.
Within two weeks of departure date, change of flight date and time is strictly prohibited.
After departure of first leg of travel, changes of return leg of flight date and time is permitted with immediate payment of MYR80 change fees per person per sector (for AK/FD/QZ) or 110/AUD38/CNY225 per person per sector (for D7) and applicable fare difference.
Re-routing
Strictly not allowed.
Divide PNR
Divide PNR is only allowed if change of flight date/time is required and must comply to flight change procedure
